Donating

How do I make a donation?
Visit any campaign page or our general Donate page, choose an amount (starting from ₱1), fill in your details, and scan the QRPH code using GCash, Maya, or any bank app. Your donation is recorded instantly.
What is the minimum donation?
Just ₱1! PisoCare was built on the belief that every piso counts. There is no maximum — donate whatever you're comfortable with.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. PisoCare is an SEC-registered charity and donations are tax-deductible under Philippine law. You can download your tax receipt from your profile or the Impact page.
Can I donate anonymously?
Absolutely. Check the "Make my donation anonymous" box when donating. Your name won't appear on the public donation wall, but you'll still be tracked internally for your tax receipt.
How do I know my donation reached the right people?
Every donation is tracked on our public Impact Dashboard. We also publish quarterly transparency reports with fund utilization breakdowns verified by third-party auditors.

Account

Do I need an account to donate?
No. You can donate as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track your donation history, earn Bayanihan badges, and download tax receipts.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Log in" then "Forgot password". Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. If you signed up with Google or Facebook, use those to log in directly.
How do I update my profile?
Log in and visit your Profile page. You can update your display name, email preferences, and privacy settings.

Campaigns & Partners

How are campaigns created?
PisoCare works with verified NGO partners to identify urgent disaster relief needs. Our team validates the need, sets fundraising goals, and manages fund distribution. All partners go through our rigorous NGO Verification process.
What happens when a campaign reaches its goal?
The campaign is marked as completed and excess funds are routed to the General Donation Fund for the next disaster response. You'll be notified how your contribution was used.
Can I request a campaign for my community?
Yes. Contact us at campaigns@pisocare.com with details about the disaster or need. Our team will evaluate the situation and work with local NGOs to set up a verified campaign.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept QRPH payments via GCash, Maya, and all Philippine bank apps. We plan to add credit/debit card and international payment options soon.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processing through PayMongo. PisoCare never stores your card details or bank credentials on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if you made a duplicate or erroneous donation, contact us within 7 days at support@pisocare.com and we'll review your case.
