Terms of Service

By accessing or using PisoCare (pisocare.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and donors. Additional terms may apply to specific campaigns or promotions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a donation. Minors may donate with verified parental or guardian consent.

By using our platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

All donations made through PisoCare are voluntary, final, and non-refundable unless made in error (see our Refund Policy). Donations are not payments for goods or services.

PisoCare acts as an intermediary, collecting donations and distributing them to verified NGO partners. We guarantee that at least 95% of every donation goes directly to relief operations.

Donation amounts, fund allocations, and timestamps are recorded for transparency and tax compliance. Public-facing displays may show your first name and amount unless you opt for anonymity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used to launder money.

You agree not to: use the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing; submit false donor information; attempt to circumvent security measures; scrape or harvest data from the platform; impersonate another person or entity; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

All content on PisoCare — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of PisoCare Philippines or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. "PisoCare" and the PisoCare logo are registered trademarks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

PisoCare integrates with third-party services including PayMongo (payment processing), Supabase (data storage), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

PisoCare is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PisoCare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your most recent donation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PisoCare, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first, followed by arbitration under Philippine Arbitration Law (RA 876 and RA 9285), with venue in Metro Manila.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
