Is PisoCare a legitimate charity in the Philippines?

Yes. PisoCare is a legitimate Philippine charity project. All donations are tracked transparently and 95% goes directly to disaster relief operations through verified NGO partners.

What is the minimum donation amount?

Just ₱1! PisoCare is built on micro-donations — the idea that if millions of Filipinos each give ₱1, the collective impact is massive enough to fund emergency relief for typhoons, earthquakes, and floods.

Where does my donation go?

95% of every donation goes directly to the field: 45% to food and water, 30% to emergency shelter, and 20% to medical kits and sanitation. Only 5% covers platform operations.

Can I donate from outside the Philippines?

Yes! International donors can donate through our QR Ph payment system or supported payment methods. Every peso helps Filipino families affected by disasters.

Is my donation tax-deductible?

PisoCare is in the process of obtaining full tax-deductible status. You will receive a receipt for your records once registration is complete.

How does PisoCare ensure transparency?

Every centavo is tracked and verified by 3rd party auditors. Donors can view the public impact dashboard and their personal donation history on their profile page.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PisoCare (pisocare.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and donors. Additional terms may apply to specific campaigns or promotions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a donation. Minors may donate with verified parental or guardian consent.

By using our platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Donations

All donations made through PisoCare are voluntary, final, and non-refundable unless made in error (see our Refund Policy). Donations are not payments for goods or services.

PisoCare acts as an intermediary, collecting donations and distributing them to verified NGO partners. We guarantee that at least 95% of every donation goes directly to relief operations.

Donation amounts, fund allocations, and timestamps are recorded for transparency and tax compliance. Public-facing displays may show your first name and amount unless you opt for anonymity.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used to launder money.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use the platform for money laundering or terrorism financing; submit false donor information; attempt to circumvent security measures; scrape or harvest data from the platform; impersonate another person or entity; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PisoCare — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of PisoCare Philippines or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. "PisoCare" and the PisoCare logo are registered trademarks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

PisoCare integrates with third-party services for payment processing, data storage, and hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

PisoCare is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PisoCare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of your most recent donation.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PisoCare, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation first, followed by arbitration under Philippine Arbitration Law (RA 876 and RA 9285), with venue in Metro Manila.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
